The print has some glitter. I bought this from Wunderwelt and never wore it, it still has the Wunderwelt tag. I didn't notice any obvious flaws but there is a tiny bit of pilling on the cotton and looks like it was worn once.

Un-stretched lying flat, the bust elastic (which is over the bust) is 22" The top fully fully stretched is 38" but I wouldn't go past 32-34 so it will still look gathered.
The waist, un-stretched laying flat is 18", fully stretched is 32" but I wouldn't go past 26" or so so it still looks gathered.
