**FREE US SHIPPING** White Hoop Skirt/Petticoat
I ordered this petticoat online and it's a hoop skirt. It's adjustable between an a-line and bell shape. Just not what I needed! Tried on only and for photos.
It does have some odd tiny holes in it, despite it being brand new. They are TINY and not very noticeable. Most of them are on the adjustable band fabric though there are some on the outer bottom right above where the lace begins.
Comes from a pet free, non-smoking apartment.
