Gorgeous blouse that still includes the original waist-ties (which are very long, so as to be wrapped around the waist like pictured in the stock photo) - unfortunately, the neckties seem to be missing.
I do not know how often the original owner wore it; I have only tried it on. It is showing some signs of wear (given it's 15 years old) but I think it's still in amazing condition for its age.

The listing mentions no shipping outside the US, is that just because it isn't included or you only will ship to the US ? Asking because I'm in Japan and don't want to bid if you'll only ship to the US obviously lol
