Bought NWT secondhand, I've only tried on as did previous owner. I adore this versatile piece and I am very sad to let it go, but need to buy in a different size. Would really love for it to go to a loving home. (When this is bought I'm immediately getting it in a different size :D)
There is a flaw: Sticky zipper. Albeit zipper is still functional. Recommended for waist under 76 cm, zipper makes it hard to wear above that.
Matte texturing on the skirt is normal and part of the realistic silk effect.
