Lovely and light taobao OP!
From last year's Soufflesong lucky pack, I am the second owner and received the item NWT.
Unfortunately the dress doesn't fit my chest, it's suited for someone with a smaller bust. This OP has no shirring, but can be loosened and tightened by adjusting the gold ribbon on the chest. I've only tried it on, and noticed damage around the collar made by either the factory or the previous owner, I'm not sure.
The max measurements are as follows:
-Bust *34 inches* (with a small cup size for optimal comfort)
-Waist *32 inches* (probably can't stretch beyond this)
-Length *35 inches* (from collar to hem)
