may I know the length of this dress please? and is the ribbon on the strap removable? thank you!

Hi :) The ribbon is not removable, but can be permanently removed if you remove it with a seam ripper. You could even remove it, and sew it to a safety pin to make it removable. The length is 35 inches, and can be slightly altered by removing the back buttons and resewing them elsewhere on the straps. Thank you!
