Blemishes around collar
I bought it for my friend who is starting to have interest the fashion; but it turns out she measured her bust & waist size wrong so it did not fit. ;( I am unfamiliar with the year & name for the blouse.
I bought this blouse used from another user here. There is visible blemishes on the blouse, but is not noticeable when the removable bow tie is on. These are the only blemishes/defects that I noticed.

Waist: 36 cm; may accommodate 4 - 6 cm more with shirring
Arm width upper: 12 cm
