OP has full back shirring.

Condition : Dress is freshly washed. There are 2 tiny pin pricks on the front bow where I had a button hooked onto it for an outfit. See photo closeup. One tiny light spot as shown in photo. Otherwise great condition. The tights have purple ink spotting on the bottom of 1 foot. Not noticeable when worn. Hair clip is like new.
