Yes, it really is. Supposedly fits up to about 38" bust and 32" waist! (May need to remove the corset lacing to get maximum stretch but many plus sized lolitas reported being able to fit into this new version of CTP). I can confirm it was a bit roomy on my 34"bust and 26" waist.

I am leaving sweet lolita so this dress simply doesn't fit my aesthetic. I only want back what I paid for plus the shipping I paid so if you missed out, don't miss this chance of paying exactly as if you were buying direct from AP!
