This dress is in very good condition. No flaws that I could find. I just don't prefer high waisted cuts on dresses these days. The print is very nice and the lace and elastic waist are both soft and comfortable. The skirt is extremely full as well, plenty of room for poof! This dress did not come with the chest bow in the stock photo.
