Cotton skirt with satin waistband and eyelet lace. I couldn't find it on Lolibrary but I'm guessing it was released around 2007. Purchased second-hand and wore once. There is a small loop on the back of the waistband which I believe is to attach a decorative chain, but the chain was missing when I bought the skirt. Otherwise no flaws or damage that I could find.
