**I don't advise this for anyone with a waist over 62cms** my waist is below that so I can't judge the comfort, but there is NO SHIRRING. Please understand!

There's a little piling, and there's buttons inside that might have corresponded to some suspenders, as AP used to do things like that back then... it's from around 2002! it doesn't really fit the wunderwelt petticoat i have in a nice way, i'd advise something a-line and just a tiny bit smaller for the ideal look! but then again, as with a lot of older things, it works well with a very tiny petticoat.
