the ribbons have been cut short and will most likely need to be replaced if you are on the larger end of the sizing
the top stitching on the front of the dress needs to be mended
the front bow is missing
The dress is otherwise sturdy though, and would be a great beginner dress if you don’t mind fixing it up!
