About what measurements would this best fit, and could you also tell me the overall length?

Hello ! I'd say it would fit best on about 85-88cm bust (the dressform on the picture has 88cm bust) And the lenght is about 33cm including the lace at the bottom (if this is the lenght you wanted ?)
