I bought this cape secondhand earlier this year and sadly do not know the official name or have any official measurements or information. If you have any questions please ask & I'll do my best to answer them.
It's a short hooded cape with button closure at the front and a cute, striped lining. It will keep you warm in fall weather but is probably a bit too thin for winter.
I've only worn it a few times and haven't seen any flaws, it's in good condition.
