Bought NWT in Japan, worn a handful of times. No damage, print is still nice and crisp and vibrant.. Includes free shipping in the US & a fur collar.
Collar has a velvet ribbon & eyelet hook to close it.
I also still have the little bag with the scrap fabric + spare button.

Hi! It looks like it's from the bodice fabric with the all-over print (Not border). There is the lollipop part of the print on it but it is otherwise all pink. Let me know if you need more info! Thanks, Fuzz

Oh no, the dress itself is not missing fabric or anything at all!! It's a spare piece of fabric that AP would include with their older pieces; just leftover fabric from the manufacturing process that they included for color matching accessories & repairs I think. They stopped doing this quite some time ago. Since I bought this new I still had it!
