This is brand new and I literally just picked it up today from the post office. It comes in a Classical Puppets keeper bag for some reason but the tag on the skirt definitely says "Dear Celine"
This petti is one size but can go up to roughly 35-36" so it is plus size friendly.

I am located in USA. I TEMPORARILY MOVED BACK HOME DUE TO SCHOOL and my dad DOES smoke however he does not smoke indoors and smokes far from the house. We also do not open our windows for this reason because the rest of my family hates the smell and do our best to avoid that secondhand smoke smell.
