Forever21 bolero blouse with neck tie
Size M i am the first owner only worn twice Forever21 blouse with sewn in black bolero. Has black buttons and two different rows of ruffles down the middle, and cute neck tie. Has slight damage. Missing one button near the bottom, and lower layer of ruffle is coming un attached. I think it was actually a factory error? It looks more like it didn't get sewn down to begin with.
