You may ask for a partial refund if there is damage I did not notice, however you will not receive a full refund. For USA buyers, I am using the USPS priority boxes. Furthermore, my home is smoke-free. I do own a cat and while she is not allowed in my wardrobe, there’s a slim possibility that cat hair might attach itself to a piece.
