Purchased a few years ago from the Floral Notebook directly, customized sizing, worn a few times.
Chiffon material, no lining.
Same chiffon color was used for both blouse and skirt.
Excellent for introducing a new, interesting color to a coordinate and achieving balance.

Blouse has princess sleeves with bow.
Bust 20", waist 19', total length 30", sleeve length 22"

Skirt has full elastic waist and three layers of ruffles
