This item is actually mine. I bought this when I was back living in the cold north. I wore this three times and its still in great condition. Its a fully elastic waist so it stretches pretty far. Its made of a soft fleece (but not as thick) fabric. The top layer the soft part of the fabric faces out. The inner layer the soft part faces your legs. Its a bit heavy so I had to wear double the petticoats to keep the fluff but that was fine cuz all three times I wore this the outside temp was in the negatives. This item is a little on the heavy side which is why the shipping is just a touch higher then my usual price. I no longer need this due to moving to a very warm location that doesn't get cold temps ever.
