Fish Scale Elegant JSK by Elpress L (pale blue colorway)
Comes with the arm sleeves and hair clip; like new, only tried on. Absolutely gorgeous dress with a lot of detail. The bottom layer of the skirt is removable with a zipper to convert the dress into a shorter length. This dress is very heavy and well made, and will be sent with the garment bag it originally came in.

This is the size 1 of the dress (smaller size) , however thanks to full shirring in the back it could accommodate up to a standard medium size I believe; my bust is 33” and my waist is 26”, but I believe this dress could accommodate up to 36” bust and 29” waist. There is plastic boning in the bodice to create a “corset” effect, please note this if you’re not comfortable in this style. There is no zipper, this is a pullover or step-into style dress.

No it is sewn onto the dress; if you’re good at sewing you might be able to remove it and add a pin, but I’m not sure
