White blouse from a F+F Lucky pack last year. Tag says Japanese size M, although it feels a little smaller to me than that.
Never warn, I don't even think it was tried on. Extremely wrinkled when gotten, and just been sitting there for about a year now. Flat measurements:

Under arm to under arm: 40cm
shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 36cm Probably F+F Lady 70 sizing.

Based on the USPS website, if it will let me do it as a 1st Class Parcel, it would be $3.94 with tracking, otherwise with a small flat rate box it would be $5.95.
