F+F Black tiered chiffon skirt. Lady Freesize.
Fan + Friend: Chiffon Lover Classic Lolita Mid-Calf Length Comfy Tiered Flared Skirt (Black) Lady Freesize Bought recently, tried on but never wore. Didn't like the way it fit on me because I'm a little too big for it (220 lbs.) I would personally recommend someone smaller than me in the waist and rear (pretty much the maximum it could stretch). Basically new, no tags. Pet and smoke free! Only asking for what I paid for it. Unsure about shipping but can find out, just ask.
