This adorable "military lolita' style-dress from the Japanese brand Favorite is made in collaboration with the anime "As Miss Beelzebub Likes" to represent the character Dantalion! 
I've wanted a piece from this collab for so long but it's just too much out of my comfort zone :(
Made of a thick cotton (?) material so it's definitely suited for the colder months. The belt and necktie are removable but otherwise the dress is just one piece. I purchased this second hand but have only worn it for photos and could find no flaws.The skirt has a lot of room so it could definitely accomodate a big petti!
Marked a size XL, but please note the measurements (listed in inches).
