Purchased brand new from a Taobao reseller. The blouse itself is excellent quality with a really nice design. Comes with extra button, and original ribbon for the corset lacing holes in the back. No shirring, corset lacing holes at the back. Decently sized for smaller plus sizes (see measurements below and on original page)

The original measurements only account for the long pointed parts of the bottom of the blouse. Where the buttons end, it comes up way to high on my torso and exposes my midriff. This won't matter if worn with a JSK, high waist skirt, salopette, or very high waist shorts/pants, but I planned to wear with shorts with a normal waist

Here are the original measurements from the site, with my amendments to account for the shorter part of the blouse (see the site for details on measurement discrepancies, they are listed as lay-flat measurements):

Blouse Length 65cm (at longest part), 40-41cm at shortest part where buttons end,

This blouse is brand new with tags still attached, I only tried it on and found it immediately wouldn't work for me because of the midriff. I will note that the blouse arrived to me with an odd factory smell to it--it doesn't smell dirty by any means, but has an oddly strong plasticky smell from manufacturing. I did not wash it to avoid any issues with shrinking or damage from my washing machine, but doing so may be necessary before you plan to wear it.
