The shirring goes bigger than these measurements. My rough measurement of the max is bust: 122 cm waist: 128 cm The only "damage" is that the ribbon was pulled out of its channel on the right side of the bust when I tried it on, it just needs to be re threaded through the lace and maybe tacked in with a stitch to prevent this from happening again.
