A chiffon underskirt I bought new off of Fanplusfriend about 6 years ago. Worn twice. Meant to be layered with a top that has peplums or an opening to show the tiers. Alternatively can also be used to add length to the bottom of a JSK/OP. Can be worn with the "plain" or tiered side at the front. Pictures 3 and 4 show it with two petticoats underneath as opposed to one, to show how poofy it can go! Selling for cheap to get rid of it as it's too big on me and I need closet space for my newer pieces.

There is a faint stain near the bottom of the "plain" side of the skirt, shown circled in picture 5. It is not noticeable from afar and actually took me a while to find it. There are some black markings at the ends of the drawstrings, but it came to me like that. Not meant to show, though, since this is an underskirt.
I
am not a professional seamstress so it's not exact, but I measured the waistband at about 72cm-90cm. It might be able to go a tad smaller if you pull the drawstring tight, but even doing so it shifts around on my 68cm waist. I would not go any bigger than 90cm max. It has stretch, but keep in mind it may feel tight as I have not stretched the elastic at all, as it's always run a bit big on me.
Comes from a non smoking home. I do have a dog, but he is not allowed in my room where I keep my wardrobe.
