High waisted old fashioned tired bustle skirt. Black and white pinstriped.

This FanPlusFriend tiered bustle skirt is meant to be worn high waisted right under the bust line. It is a black and white pinstripe pattern. The waist has adjustable corset lacing to tighten or loosen as needed, creating a victorian look. There is also a zipper on the side. The skirt has two tiers and two adjustable pull string bustles that can be worn at any height. No lining. the skirt is very large and can more than handle a full size petticoat. I had this skirt custom made to my measurements, but the corset lacing allows for a bit of adjusting. Worn twice.

I fit into a size small in regular clothing, so that is what I would classify this skirt as. Although, I do believe it would fit a medium.
