can I inquire as to why it didn't fit? It appears that waist measurement is really small compared to the bust and I'm wondering if I would have the same issue with me having a 30" waist. Thank you!

For me it was very tight in the bust and the waist. I am a 38" bust and about a 31" waist. So, it will most likely be a bit tight for you as well.
