The waist unstretched is 80cm, and can stretch out to a full 140cm
"at rest" each leg opening is 60cm, and can stretch out to nearly 90cm
Full length from waist - including lace - is 45cm
The legs are decorated with gorgeous wide lace, and tie with ribbons. The fabric has a good thickness & bit of a sheen to it
