Machine Birdcage Steampunk Lolita Embroidery Gears Blouse. Tried on once and didn't fit.
I just bought this blouse but when I tried it on the sleeves were way too tight. My arm is 30 cm around the bicep so if yours measures that much or bigger this shirt probably won't fit you. It's a really nice looking shirt; I just hope that it'll fit somebody so they can enjoy it. Measurements taken from the website:

I measured just my bicep area and its about a 26cm, what's your opinion on the fit? xD Also,may I ask cost of shipping to Canada? :)
