It can fit a range of waist sizes, I'd say it can go up to a max waist size of 33 inches, probably a minimum of 24. The bustles are adjustable and you can bustle and unbustle them. As you can see from the photos, this skirt can work with an A-line and bell shape.

I can't say with certainty because we have different monitors, but I'd say maybe the stock photo is a little closer, but still a little darker compared to the real thing.
