It is mean to be worn over a skirt since the back is open. Buttons up in the back and has lacing in the front to make the waist smaller. It is a faux suede material. Tried on, never worn - NEW WITH TAGS. Ribbon pin included. It was purchased for me as a gift and I've my style has since changed. The skirt is no longer produced.
Not sure about label size but it is probably a Lady 85. Below are my measurements.
Waist: 30 in (can be made a bit smaller with the front lacing)
