I bought this YEARS ago, but only wore it a few times. No damage at all.
This is actually a replica of the Metamorphose Pintuck Tiered JSK - I bought this long before I even knew replicas were a thing in Lolita.
Size: it says US 10 (photo of the tag), but I'm not sure how accurate that is.
For reference, I am Bust 34 inches and it fits pretty snugly, even with the stretchy part in the back. So I would say not much more than that.
My Waist is 27 inches, and that also felt a bit snug. I hope this helps...
The bows are detachable by pins, so you can put them anywhere! The waist ties are also detachable by buttons.
