New without tags, it has just been sitting in my wardrobe and I never wore it except to try it on.
No shirring but there is back lacing to pull it in.
It will fit a standard Australian size 8, it fits me at 87 cm bust and 75 cm waist.
Perfect for classic/steampunk coordinates
There is a very slight snag on it but it came to me like it, this is shown in the fourth photo. It will not be noticeable under a skirt or JSK.
