The overskirt is made of a lovely netted material and looks amazing layered over so many different dresses. It did use to have the ability to be tied up in the front, but the ribbons were cut so it is just one length. You cant see this when worn at all. The waist is very stretchy, probably up to 39' and it has a tie inside the waist to make it smaller too
