Angelic Pretty Fancy Whip OP in mint colorway. No shirring, waist ties included. The front bow is a little crumpled (see 3rd picture). Bought this secondhand, I wore it a few times, it is in very good condition, except a little tear almost non visible at the back (last picture). This dress is a little longer than usual sweet AP dresses so it is great for taller lolitas.
