New, only tried on. I love this dress, but I had bad financial luck this month, so I have to sell it :(  It's brand new and I would like to get back what I paid for. The fabric of this dress is very soft and pretty. Perfect for a lolita menhera-look, but you can also wear it casual. This dress was extremely popular at the release and hard to find.
