An old Fanplusfriend sailor set I got my first year in Lolita back in 07ish. I cannot find a reference picture or much else on it. Does not fit and a bit worn. There is a tiny stain in the sash and for the life of me I cannot find the tiny fabric ring to hold the scarf. Honestly, the hat is the best part.
