Slightly damaged skirt from F+F with ~36in waist

I got this Fanplusfriend skirt in a trade a few years ago. It once had elastic in the back of the waist band, which was removed by a previous owner. Has a cute little V detail on the front of the waist band. Can probably go up to a 36" waist pretty easily, but would look best if altered to add the elastic back for any smaller waists.

Besides the waist band, this is in great condition. I have only worn it once myself, but I believe the previous owner also got it in a swap, so I'm not sure how many owners it's had. The fabric is a very thick, nice cotton that held its shape well even with only a chiffon petticoat. This would be an AWESOME addition to a new lolita's starter gothic wardrobe, or to fluff up an every day loli's casual closet. It'd probably look nice as an underskirt with a bustle skirt or open overdress, as well.
