This is a Fan + Friend shirred blouse with beautiful bell sleeves with 4 rows of embroidered mesh lace. This blouse zips up the right side with a wide lace trim on the bottom hem and will still look lovely when worn over a skirt. The neckline has a ruffled trim topped with lace.

This blouse has a fully shirred back that originally came with a grosgrain ribbon to lace-up the back, but I removed it to allow more stretch in the shirring. I have since lost the ribbon.

The reference link is not this blouse as it appears this blouse design is no longer sold by F+F, but the link is to a similarly designed blouse for folks that want to see stock photos. I am also selling the black version of this blouse and the labels are different.
