This is a very giving waist (full elastic) and easy to put on. I would even consider this a 2x dress (100+cm). I wore this at a convention in over 100 degree (30 C) weather and found it very comfortable to move around in. The dress is also easy to wash, on a gentle cycle.
I have highlighted on picture 3 the estimated measurements of the dress. The skirt has more stretch, due to the full elastic.
I am now considering the tea length choice, only because of the style. So I am parting with the skirt. The dress hit me just at the knee for my 5 ft 7 inch height (174 cm height).
