I’ve bought this secondhand, but it’s a piece I don’t really love anymore! Comes with the bow and strap as indicated in the stock photo.
NOTE: there is a yellowing spot on the back of the skirt where the shirring is. It isn’t very noticeable but I’ve tried to get it out and it won’t budge. I barely noticed it when I was prepping it for photos. Not sure if it was previously there or has happened throughout the years of being in a closet. I received this piece in a worn condition.
