Measurements:
Bust: 15" (38cm) min and 16.5" (42cm) max BUT fits me at 18" (93cm) wearing a blouse as you can see in the pics. So weird but yes. I would recommend it for 35" (88-90max) though to be have some room if you want to wear a blouse underneath.
Waist: 14~14 6/8" (36~38cm)
Length: 40" (102cm) including the lace trim, which measures 5cm (1.9")
