F+F Navy High Waist Military Skirt
This piece is a bit of an odd one; I got it in one of F+F's lucky packs a couple years ago. It's been sitting in my closest ever since, lol. The tag on the skirt says "Fanplusfriend Garden", which is their old tag.
The skirt has ample room for a petticoat so I'm certain it was made to be worn in lolita. The fabric is labeled as 75% Australia wool and 25% Viscose- because of this, its quite heavy. It has a polyester lining on the inside.
The cut is high-waist, though the fit on the waist is admittedly a bit odd. I believe it was meant to be worn with a coat or vest.
Measurements (Flat, amateur):
Waist- 34 cm
It has a small amount of shirring on either side of the waistband. The tag says its a US 10, but that is absolutely way off. It's probably around a 72 cm waist max.
