F+F Modified Black Bloomers (see description)
Plus sized bloomers, never worn, bought from the site as a strange bloomer/underskirt hybrid. The tag says "Lady 85" but these are very stretchy.
So I bought this thinking it was an underskirt, but it had bloomers attached... so I cut off the skirt portion and made myself an underskirt with it. These are the bloomers that remain. You can see where I cut the fabric off but it looks like unhemmed frills (it should not fray, since the fabric stretches). It is a breathable cotton blend.
I own a cat, but I will lint roll before shipping to be safe.
