Sage Green Cotton Broadcloth JSK with waist ties and corset lacing. Lined.
This JSK is fairly old, but in great condition. The ribbon for the corset lacing is not original to the skirt. The waist ties are sewn on. The cotton broadcloth is smooth, thick and strong. The whole piece is lined with cotton and has a ruffled bustle in the back. This dress is fairly long, I'm 5'7" and it goes well over my knees, not quite tea length.
