I am the second owner and have worn it twice. It has minor signs of wear but only if you look closely.
includes matching bow headband! KC from the f+f sample image is not included. Also does not include the bow I just noticed on the center neckline as there is in the sample image.

It has a shiny yet soft and light fabric, it’s really comfortable, even in the summer! 
waist ties are not detachable.

Color looks very different in different lighting! Indoors it has a warmer pink color, and in natural light it’s a much cooler pink. 

This dress was custom made for the original owner. The bust is very roomy and the waist is very stretchy. 

Measurements as best as I can tell are:

bust - 120cm, maybe more 
waist - 85-110cm at least. 
length - about 52cm from waist
