This is a beautiful, soft, stretchy short sleeved blouse from FanPlusFriend. It's a "lady 85' size. The waist stretches about 23" flat (46" total), but the collar and arm openings on the body of the blouse have no stretch. I'm a size 16, 46" bust and I this would fit me if the arm holes were wider. If you have broad shoulders you may want to reconsider this blouse. Otherwise it has plenty of room. As it never fit me I have only tried it on for a few seconds, never worn out. This blouse has been sitting unused for years now and needs a good home.
